Kim Monahan Barker, 60 of Milford passed away on Wednesday, February 28, 2024 at her home. Born in Maryland, she was a strong and independent woman. For many years, Kim was employed by the Insulators Union Local 24, International Association of Heat and Frost Insulators and Allied Workers. She is survived by her mother, Juanita Plummer; her children, Nicole Monahan, T.J. Barker and Danielle Barker; her sisters, Denise Cornwell and Donna Dowell; her brothers, Richard Monahan, Joseph Monahan and David Monahan; her grandchildren, Brody Barker and Zayla Johnson and her best friend, Todd Fortune.
