Lillian Jane Morrison of Spotsylvania passed away on Sunday, April 24,2022 at the Woodmont Nursing Home at the age of 83. Lillian enjoyed being at home, watching her stories and enjoyed when she had company especially when they played card with her. She also loved her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Her favorite time of year was the holidays when her family could come together for family holiday dinners.  Her grandchildren with great fondness of their awesome Thanksgiving spreads. Survivors include her son Randy Morrison (Roberta); daughter, Brenda Brummeyer (Jimmy); brothers and sisters; Raymond, Benny, Bernice, Ruby and Liz; grandchildren, Derek and Nick Morrison, Vanessa Snyder, Melissa Elliott and great grandchildren, Makayla and Mason Snyder, Charlie and Selah V. Morrison and Kalynn Elliott. Survivors also Include a host of husbands, wives and children. Lillian was preceded in death by her parents, Milton Francis and Anna Mae Thomas Atkinson and siblings George, Roscoe, Danny, Robert, Willie and Alice June. The family will have a funeral service on Friday, April 29, 2022 2:00 PM the Round Oak Baptist Church with a visitation one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Round Oak Baptist Church.
