Matthew Merlin Kuske, 54, of Rappahannock Academy died Sat. Jan. 15, 2022. Born in Virginia, he was the youngest son of the late Merlin and Dorothy Kuske. Matthew loved Civil War and western movies and classic rock music. He was a talented artist. He could draw amazing pictures. He was a very kind, giving and fun person. Matt always had a smile on his face and was always making everyone laugh.  He had many friends who all loved him. Survivors include his wife, Karen Kuske; two daughters, Erica Kuske (Patrick) and Kimberly Kuske (Mike); three brothers, Greg Kuske (Ola), Jeff Kuske, Sam Kuske (Brenda); five sisters, Barb Lund, Rita Satterwhite, Lesley Thomas, Audrey Simmons (Eddie) and Mona Saliner (Skip); and three grandchildren, Tony Plumley, Ian Kelso and Mila Kelso. He was preceded in death by a brother, Brad Kuske  and a sister, Molly Hetrick. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
