Very sorry to learn of Rich's passing. I was fortunate to work with him on a project while he was still at the Naval Ordnance Lab in White Oak, Maryland. He was an excellent engineer. Rich was well known in Washington headuqarters and had their full confidence and support. It was a pleasure working with him. Good memories.

Richard he was a great father, brother, and son. He was full of humour and wit. He will be missed by many. RIP Richard
