Todd D. Vaughan, 51 of Bowling Green passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, February 14, 2023 at his home.  First and foremost, Todd loved Jesus and it showed in his character.  He was humble, kind, honest and content with his life.  His family was everything to him, and knowing that his children had faith in Jesus he was certain that they would never be alone. Todd loved his job and his work family as well – he always said if you have a job you love, you will never work a day in your life.  This showed in his commitment to sharing his knowledge as a mentor during his time working with Kelly Generator and Equipment for more than 28 years.  His contentment with life made him feel so blessed.  Todd’s favorite thing to say was, “all we need in life are two things, Jesus Christ and patience”. His love, gentleness, unique humor and spirit will be missed by so many, but he is right where he wants to be, in the arms of our loving Saviour.

Todd is survived by his wife of 27 years, Toni Vaughan; his children, Jamie Vaughan and Hunter Vaughan; his mother, Sarah Vaughan; his sister, Lisa Vaughan (Gwen). He was preceded in death by his father, Buck Vaughan and his infant son, Daniel Vaughan. The family will receive friends at the Bowling Green chapel of Storke Funeral Home on Saturday, February 18^th from 7:00 – 9:00pm. A private graveside service will be held at Lakewood Cemetery in Bowling Green.  In lieu of flowers the family requests any memorial contributions be made to Salem Baptist Church 24032 Sparta Rd. Milford VA 22514.
