I can't tell you what a great human being Arty was. He and I became friends and our later teens and I was sorry to lose touch with him. Played Little League baseball for his dad along with his younger brother Kenny, and had the greatest respect for a real true Demarest family. He will be missed by all that knew him, and I only wish that I had gotten a chance to reconnect with him before his passing. He's in a better place God bless him. Ken Ross

I love Art. I miss him. I am thankful that his suffering is ended. He was always a great brother in law. For 26 years he has been my favorite and always will be that to me. To my sister, Brenda, I will always be here for you.

Brenda and family. Fred and I are going to miss him terribly. We already have since he has been ill. We enjoyed his company. He was a quiet and funny man. He really put himself out for the Lodge . We loved his smile. I am sure he will be missed by all that knew him. We are thinking about you and your family and sending love and hugs. Love Carolyn
