Memorial service in remembrance of Debbie will be held at 12:00PM on July 23, 2022, at First Baptist Ambar Church located at 9469 Caledon Rd, King George VA.
Deborah Lynn Vandyke (Debbie) of King George was called to her Heavenly Home on June 8, 2022.
She was born October 27, 1963 in Goldsboro North Carolina to Robert and Dolores (Dee) Holcomb. Preceded in death by her father Robert B. Holcomb Sr., brother Jeffrey A. Holcomb, and niece Jessica Lea Holcomb.
Survived by husband Jackie Lee (Jack) Vandyke of King George, two daughters Anne Martin wife of Ryan Martin of Chesapeake OH and Jamie L Vandyke of Huntington WV, and stepdaughter Jackie L Vandyke of Richland VA. Grandchildren Troy Beach of Ladysmith VA, Kenneth Hart II, Ashlynn Weedon, Della Weedon of King George VA and Aiden Earl of St Petersburg FL. Also survived by two brothers Robert Holcomb Jr and Ian Holcomb, sister Barbara Rest wife of Joe Rest, two nieces Lynn Rest and Rachel Holcomb, two nephews Joseph Rest, and Christopher Rest all of King George.
Debbie loved her church and had a very close relationship with God. She was an avid reader and her favorite book was The Bible. She also loved gardening, fishing, puzzles, NASCAR, the Dallas Cowboys, and lighthouses. She loved cooking and was a very good cook and she loved spending time with her family.
