Edmond A. Parker

August 19, 1958 - September 8, 2023

The family will receive friends from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. Friday, September 15, 2023 at Storke Funeral Home, King George.  The service will follow at 2:00 p.m., in the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.

Edmond “Ed” Parker, 65, of King George county passed on to his heavenly home on Friday, September 8, 2023.  He was born to Lorraine and Douglas Parker on August 19, 1958, in Watertown, New York.  Ed left Watertown after High School graduation to join the United States Marine Corp. He served two tours of duty.  He was stationed in Camp Lejeune, NC., and Quantico, VA. He was deployed to the Mediterranean Gulf numerous times. Ed was proud to be a Veteran and loved his Country. He retired in December 2021 from Accent Millwork and Door Shop, Stafford, VA.  Ed was a huge fan of the Buffalo Bills football team.  He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister Peggy Peterson.

Ed is survived by his wife, Sheri and step-children:  Ashley McQuiston (Erik), Patricia Stephens (Mike), Nena Ray, and Gary Norman; his step-grandchildren: Dylan McQuiston, Rebecca O’Meara, Barry O’Meara, Daniel O’Meara, Wesley Ray, Eric Ray, Collin Ray, Derek Figueroa, Julie Figueroa and Brooklyn Figueroa and numerous step-great-grandchildren; two sisters Marlene Maines and Sandra Parker.

Ed was a true gentleman and loved by many. He will be missed and loved forever.
