Juliette (Julie) Tritle, 61, of King George, VA passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, September 28, 2023 at
her home.
Julie, or Juju as she was affectionately known, was born in Bonn, Germany. She grew up in Springfield, VA,
where she met the love of her life, Thomas (Tom) Tritle in high school. The two were married in 1981. Julie and
Tom moved to King George in 2007. Juju was the absolute heart and soul of her family and everyone’s best
friend. She was a deeply caring wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, and friend. She devoted her life to taking
care of those around her. Juju’s greatest joy was spending time with her three grandbabies, whom she adored
beyond measure.
Julie was preceded in death by her son, Matthew Tritle and her parents, John and Ann Straub.
Julie is survived by her husband of 42 years, Thomas Tritle; her son Thomas Tritle, Jr. (Tina); her daughter,
Stacie Sparks (Kevin); and her three grandchildren Avery Tritle, Becca Tritle, and Chloe Sparks.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 4, 2023 at St. Peter’s Cemetery in Oak Grove, VA at
2:00pm. All are welcome to attend.
