Margie Ann Beasley, 81, of Milford passed away at Mary Washington Hospital, after a long illness, Tuesday, April 2, 2024. Born in Caroline, she was the daughter of George Clifton and Hortense Seal. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde “Doodleman” Beasley, her son, Rodney Carter and two brothers, Eddie Seal and Charles Nelson “Dukie” Seal. Margie started her career at Coach House Furniture and then continued at Caroline Cleaners for over 30 years. After retiring from Caroline Cleaners, Margie was a caregiver for many people. She is survived by two daughters, Faye Garza (David) and Tammy Thomas (Troy); a son, Steve Carter (Vickie); two sisters, Lillie Mae Farmer and Ann Lloyd (Raymond); a brother, George Clifton “Mann” Seal (Joanne): eight grandchildren, Melanie Greer, Brittany Johnson, Hunter Thomas, Holden Thomas, Tori Thomas, Steven Carter, Daniel Carter, and Starr Carter; four great-grandchildren, Alex Greer, Gracie Greer, Aliyah Washington,  and Zaiyden Washington; two step sons, Michael Carter and Jimmy Carter; and a number of step-grandchildren.  The family is very appreciative of her caregivers, Pam and Shelly whom Margie loved very much. A funeral service will be held 2:00 pm Sunday, April 7, 2024 at Storke Funeral Home, Bowling Green. The family will receive friends 1-2 pm Sunday at the funeral home.
