Noi Singhaninh, 72, of Colonial Beach, VA, passed away on September 28, 2023. He was a cherished father, devoted son, doting grandfather, and a treasured friend to many. Noi was a passionate sports enthusiast and an avid golfer, finding immense joy in the thrill of the game.

Fifteen years ago, Noi found his way to Colonial Beach, where he not only made a home but also a community of amazing friends and customers whom he held dear to his heart. His love for Colonial Beach was evident in the way he embraced its spirit and its people.

Noi is survived by his children, Brandon Singhaninh, Adrien Singhaninh, and Kay Singhaninh, along with three adoring grandchildren. He is also survived by his brother, Vone Xayavong, sister-in-law, Ladda Xayavong, and his beloved Oomboon family, all of whom will carry his memory forward with love and reverence.

A memorial service to celebrate Noi’s life will be held at 4pm on Wednesday, October 11, 2023 at Oomboon, allowing friends and family to come together and honor the legacy of a remarkable man whose kindness, warmth, and passion touched the lives of everyone he knew.
