A memorial service will be held at 12 noon on Friday, October 27, 2023 at Storke Funeral Home, King George. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.

Phil was a very special human being. I worked with and shared an office with Phil for a number of years and from his first day on the job, it was like we'd known each other all our lives. Phil and I have probably shared every variety of Kona coffee known to man. We'd share the trials and tribulations of raising our children, good times, and bad. We didn't do the best job of staying in touch, but managed to do a Facebook message once in a while and a Christmas card. I hope one day we'll all understand God's reasons and plan. Prayers for Debbie and family. Rest in peace brother.
