A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 29nd at 12 noon in Community Baptist Church, 44 Lorenzo Dr. Fredericksburg, with burial to follow in Stafford Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the church one hour to the funeral.
Samuel Palmer Mitchell, 67 of Fredericksburg passed away Thursday, January 13, 2022 in Mary Washington Hospital. Survivors include his wife of 46 years, Gail Mitchell; three sons, Steven Mitchell (Katelyn), Bryan Mitchell and Kevin Mitchell (Pam); two sisters, Carol Worley and Tina Wiggins; a brother, Wayne Mitchell and eight grandchildren. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 29nd at 12 noon in Community Baptist Church, 44 Lorenzo Dr. Fredericksburg, with burial to follow in Stafford Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the church one hour to the funeral. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Community Baptist Church.
