Joe had what I call a PaPas heart. Attentive to those around him. What a gift he shared with his time to help others. Always helping love Thy neighbor with donations and his time . I didn’t know him long but he made a lasting impression on my heart with his kindness. I can see how much he meant to Ms Carol as he was her everything. I pray many will be the hands and feet of Jesus through out the days to come and fill her needs to help. Ms Carol, you mean a lot to us and we appreciate all your love for the community. Joe was a wonderful man. Always joking and full of fun. We didn't see each other often, but we enjoyed each other's company. I will miss him. May his memory be a blessing, to his family and friends. Bob

Joe was a fine man and his soul is with the Lord. Joe I will never forget you and glad I could call you my friend. I loved all the Minter Family.
