Charles Scott Martin left us on July 23, 2019 to be with his Mom and Dad, Joyce and Charles Martin and his brother, Sam Martin after years of bad health. Scott is survived by six sisters, Vanessa, Pat, Charlotte, Wanda, Pamela and Regina and a brother, Walter.He is no longer in pain. Fly high, Scott. You are always loved. A graveside service will be held at a later date.
