Clara (Sissy) T. Frank, 93 of Colonial Beach went to be with the Lord on Monday, September the 14^th, 2020 at her home.  Clara was born on November 5, 1926 to the late Irvin and Vanita Tate in Westmoreland County.  She was a long-standing member of Shiloh Baptist Church

She lived most of her life with her husband of 40 years, Edwin L. Frank Jr., on their farm in King George. Survivors include her daughter, Joan Foye (Michael), her son, Edwin L. Frank III (Valerie), her sister Airy Taylor,  5 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren many nieces and nephews, cousins and dear friends.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Edwin L Frank Jr, and her daughter Gloria White.

A celebration of her life will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday, September 17^th, 2020 at Shiloh Baptist Church.  Burial will follow at Historyland Memorial Park, King George.  The family will receive visitors and friends on Wednesday, September 16^th, from 6:00pm until 8:00 pm at Storke Funeral Home, King George Chapel.  In lieu of flowers, her family requests donations may be made to Wounded Warrior Project or the Shriners Hospital for Children.
