Estelle J. Bareford, 100 of Ruther Glen passed away on September 8, 2023 at her home. Born in Charles City County, she was the widow of Floyd Iverson Bareford and had retired as a bookkeeper with St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Richmond. She was a member of St. Mary of the Annunciation Catholic Church in Ladysmith. She is survived by her son, Thomas Bareford (Gloria-longtime caregiver); her granddaughter, Stephanie Beach (James); three great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 13^th at 1:00pm in the Bowling Green chapel of Storke Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Washington Memorial Park in Sandston at 3:00pm. Deacon Frank Leaming will officiate.
