February 20, 1947 - December 26, 2020
His wishes were to be cremated and the family will receive friends at the Bowling Green Chapel of Storke Funeral Home, Monday, January 4th from 6:00 – 8:00pm. All current Covid-19 restrictions will be in place including masks, social distancing and numbers of people.
Gary Wayne Heflin, 73 of Woodford passed away unexpectedly, Saturday, December 26, 2020 at his home.
He started his career working on the Railroad (RF&P) for 14 years. He finished his career as a Welder, Metal Fabricator. He was an avid hunter and enjoyed fishing on the Rappahannock River with family and friends. He was with the love of his life, Mary Ann Heflin, for 59 years; he is now reunited with her.
Survivors include his children, Lori Williams (Rick), Buck Heflin (Jodie), Michael Heflin and Robert Heflin (Dawn); his brother, Michael Heflin. He was also a loving grandfather to eight grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. His wishes were to be cremated and the family will receive friends at the Bowling Green Chapel of Storke Funeral Home, Monday, January 4th from 6:00 – 8:00pm. All current Covid-19 restrictions will be in place including masks, social distancing and numbers of people.
