Gaynell Farmer Moore, 86 of Milford passed away on Monday, October 9, 2023 in Memorial Regional Medical Center. Born in King and Queen County, she and her first husband owned and operated A.C. Farmer and Son, a propane distributor in Milford. Gaynell loved her home, but she also loved to travel. She enjoyed many trips across the United States, as well as other countries. She was preceded in death by her parents, Buck and Nellie Baldwin and her first husband, Archer C. Farmer, Jr. Gaynell is survived by her husband of 29 years, C. Latane Moore; her children, Debra Hoyle (Billy), Archer C. “A.C.” Farmer III (Carolyn), Pam Farmer, Edwin Farmer (Carolyn) and Kim Farmer-Davis (Reginald); five grandchildren, Shannon Baum (Chris), Tara McCormick, Brittany Harris (Kenneth III), Alexis Farmer and Ryan Farmer; five great grandchildren, Meghan Fowlkes, Cole McCormick, Mya McCormick, Kenneth Harris IV and Sadie Harris. The family will receive friends at the Bowling Green chapel of Storke Funeral Home on Wednesday, October 11^th from 6:00 – 8:00pm. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 12^th at 11:00am in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Milford Presbyterian Church.
