Richard Wayne Holcombe, 71, of Milford, died at his home Friday, September 9, 2022. Born in Maryland he had worked as a tech for Triple S Pest Control Company and was a U S Army veteran. He was a man with a big heart, full of unconditional love. He was preceded in death by his wife, Jo-Ann Holcombe. Survivors include his children, Richard Holcombe, Jennifer Holcombe and Jessica Holcombe; Kristy Hill and Michael Hallman; and siblings, Bonnie Holcombe, Lydia Holcombe, Jimmy Kerns, John Crouch and Ken Turner. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Thank you for your service and thank you for being the best Dad anyone could ask for.  Live free…..Soar with the eagles.
