Raymond Earl Davis, Sr.

A graveside service will take place at 3pm on Tuesday, April 19 at Historyland Memorial Park in King George.
Raymond Earl Davis, Sr., 84, of Colonial Beach passed away on Wednesday, April 13, 2022 at his home.
Born in Washington, DC to the late Lucy Young Fusco Davis and Howard F. Davis, Raymond was a member of the Army National Guard and later worked in telephone maintenance. He was known for his charitable ways and was very giving to organizations. An animal lover and member of the Elks and Moose Lodge in Colonial Beach, Raymond was a parent to many foster children.
In addition to his parents, Raymond was preceded in life by his wife Sara Carolyn Campbell Davis and daughter Sara “Anita” Davis.
Raymond is survived by his children Deborah Humphreys Davis, Raymond Earl Davis, Jr.; grandchildren Raymond Earl Davis, III, Crystal L Davis (Damien Cox); great grandchildren Raymond Earl Davis, IV, Brooklyn Nicole Davis, Jared Michael Gaylor, Cara Lynn Davis, Jordan Scott Davis and great-great grandchild Jaxston Kane Davis.
A graveside service will take place at 3pm on Tuesday, April 19 at Historyland Memorial Park in King George.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the ASPCA.
